What started as a kitchen trailer built on our dairy farm in Karapiro, to now having a scaled cafe and catering company in Cambridge, Country Co. is a locally owned business specialising in catering for events, celebrations and workplace catering within the Waikato. Our Cafe The Bale is open to the public Mon-Sat, where you can visit us to enjoy our beautiful homemade food and drinks - dine in, or takeaway.
