We do this to create a fair and simple ordering process to let you focus your time and energy on the other details. Our extensive menus have been designed to allow your choices to be hand selected by you to suit your event, occasion or celebration. Our kitchen is located permanently onsite our dairy farm, where we prepare orders and deliver across the wider Waikato and BOP. Who we are: At Country Co., our story is one guided by the warmth that food brings to the ones we connect with. The feeling of togetherness, contentment and comfort. To us, there's not much better than gathering around the table to share love and laughter over really good homemade food.
Our menus have been created around a sense of nostalgia, tradition and family. We've pieced together the most beautiful range of goods designed to bring you that feeling we all know and love so fondly around food and the memories it has capacity to create, or regenerate.
We make ourselves available to providing you convenience, flexibility and variety within our services. From a small personal gift, to a large hungry crowd, we have pieced together a menu bountiful of options to suit every occasion and style, light appetite to hungry tummies.
Our custom built, registered commercial kitchen space was created and built with the serenity of overlooking our dairy farm in Karapiro, Waikato. From our farm and beyond, the most stunning views and country feeling influence the warmth and connection our food brings. While we produce our food onsite, we provide a delivery service within the Waikato and Tauranga to bring our creations to you.
Our menus feature a vast range of sweet and savoury canapé style options that can be purchased in small to large quantities. We offer individual boxes of all goods and sizes to be purchased for customisation, as well as set menu catering on a per person basis with flexibility in budget, style and appetite. For sit down occassions, we also offer a meal menu which is calculated on a per person model. Currently, our meal menus require cutlery, plates and serveware to be provided by the venue and your food will arrive hot in ready to serve boxes. We hope to transition out of this to chaffing style and full service as logistics allow.
We are very strong believers in not creating unnecessary waste and have a deep care and respect for our environment. We use entirely home compostable boxes and keep our packaging and presentation beautifully kept in the most natural state possible. The simplicity of natural, unbleached packaging brings through the same warmth and care that goes into our food.

How our menu is set out:
Our individual boxes are perfect for those wanting to personalise the menu. Simply pick and choose which items you want from the individual boxes and in which size box of each. Pick as few, or as many boxes as desired to build your perfect look.
Want something on a per person basis? Our Per Person menus are perfect for this and have options for canapés, main meals and desserts. Suitable for weddings, accommodations, group events and more, let us know how many people and what meals you are after and leave the rest to us.
